Step 1: Open the Gmail Website in Your Browser.
This is not possible from the mobile Gmail website, so if you are using a mobile device, use the My Account website instead.
Step 2: Sign in with the account you want to change the password for.
If you can’t log into Gmail because you’ve forgotten your current password, you can reset it and create a new one.
You’ll see this in the upper-right corner after loading your Gmail inbox.
Step 4: Click Settings.
Step 5: Click the Accounts and Import Tab.
Step 6: Click Change Password.
Step 7: Enter your current password.

Step 8: Type a new password.
Strong password contains letters, numbers, and symbols, and they do not contain any dictionary word or information that can be easily guessed.
Step 9: Type the password again to confirm it.
Step 10: Click Change Password.
Now you can Sign back into Gmail on any of your devices. You’ll be signed out of Gmail and your Google account on any device that is currently signed in. You’ll need to enter new password any place that you use your Gmail account.
